The Force Protection Daily is a list that tells you who’s whom (basic level) in the JBLM / WA MIL sphere of Domestic COIN, or Counter Insurgency operations.
The main use of a PDF extract like this one is to lift out or Save As Text the contents, and sort them using a Transform Data function of Excel (or similar Open Sourced software – this isn’t a religious discussion and I won’t speak upon software I can’t keep on task).
These can be tricky to get ahold of in the clear, original metatata intact.
Getting one often is needed because the Military is a very mobile, high turnover force to keep its components from forming their own networks. Think Ice Cream; you churn it so the crystals are really small and smooth at the edges. Same principle.
That means you place a telescope at this one point and some others, a moving picture begins to build up over time. Like Synthetic Aperture Radar, only with Records.

Oh and I would take my Computer OFFLINE before I open that embedded file in the PDF since it is a live record ceated by the Opposition, after all. Could totally report back on how many reads.
