Purporting to be an insider’s assessment and public communications of a DES internal briefing the above article either admits, or falsely claims, access to classified and FOUO material on a US Military base, and then proceeds to communicate same. That’s a crime. Or, merely a different crime. It’s a crime either way you cut it. Which means it’s probably policy and practice rather than anomaly and deviation.
