The Valley Civil Disturbance Unit is a multi agency complex of mutual aid SWAT and BIKE and RIOT cops. Together they make up the main protest response group South of Seattle and North of Tacoma. They can be seen in either city. VCDU is made up of Auburn, Federal Way, Port of Seattle, Renton, Tukwila, and Kent PD.
